- Communicates with the client about the client’s requests and needs.
- Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation .
- Develop strong and long-term client relationships.
- Identify and grow opportunities to ensure growth volume/revenue of customers.
- Basic knowledge about Delivery, Logistics Service.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both English and Vietnamese).
- Good Computer (especially office: excel, power point) skill.
- At least 1 year working as Account/B2B Sales/Business Development/Customer Service or equivalent position.
