  • Communicates with the client about the client’s requests and needs.
  • Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation .
  • Develop strong and long-term client relationships.
  • Identify and grow opportunities to ensure growth volume/revenue of customers.


  • Basic knowledge about Delivery, Logistics Service.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (both English and Vietnamese).
  • Good Computer (especially office: excel, power point) skill.
  • At least 1 year working as Account/B2B Sales/Business Development/Customer Service or equivalent position.
