- Ensure the long-term growth of Key merchants with AhaMove
- Identify the grow opportunity, coordinate with Key merchants to deliver the promotion program for the grow transaction and revenue.
- Plan strategy to acquire new key merchants.
- Works closely with Operations Team to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- In charge of risk management of Operations for Key Merchants
- Manage, coaching and training team members to ensure keep the strong relationship with Key merchant that get target monthly.
- Build up bonus scheme for team to increase member’s productivity.
- Have knowledge about E-commerce, On-demand Logistics service in Vietnam.
- Opened mind, adapt the changes with flexibility
- Customer-first mindset
- At least 3 years working as Account/B2B Sales/Operations Manager in E-commerce or Logistic industry
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Experience of team management for at least 3 years
